Cooking instructions can be found on each pack. However, since you're here, there's no harm in a quick recap. All instructions are for cooking FROM FROZEN.

If you want to use it for a couple of mealtimes, defrost it in the fridge first. Cook times will be a fraction of those above. Cook only what you need and use the remainder within 24 hours.
NEVER REHEAT and remember appliances will vary in effficiency. These are guidelines only. Any problems, just give us a call at Scoff Central (01225) 783221.
Storage
Freezing our meals means we can lock in much more of its natural goodness than can be done in any other way. Because we freeze all our meals very, very quickly this means the food is kept pretty much as fresh as it was when it was made. To get the most from your miniscoff, we recommend you keep it deep frozen too, until you need it that is.
Check out the small white label on the back of the carton to find the 'best before' date, but we will be very cross if you haven't scoffed it well before that!
Once thawed, eat your miniscoff within 24 hours and DO NOT REFREEZE.
